C.A.S.K. is father of the worldwide movement against senseless killings, established and chartered in 1993; it’s a non-profit, 501(a), public benefit corporation. Since 1993 the phrase, “Senseless Killing” has been use around the world to successfully identify homicides that are committed with no logical or rational base. The phrase is used to identify political killings in countries where Democracy is beginning to take root.
Neighborhood Investigator
Neighborhood Investigator is designed to harness information about an ongoing investigation. Crimes are broken into two distinctive groups, Serious Crimes and “Broken-Window Crimes”. Serious crimes are those that are investigated by law enforcement, but broken widow crimes could have their own neighborhood investigation.
